The Layfield Group of Companies was originally established in the mid 50's as a fabricated plastics business. In 1978, the current owners purchased Layfield and diversified the product line. Growing from a single operation in Edmonton Alberta, Layfield pursued expansion through acquisition, in-house development, and diversification. Layfield has a strong manufacturing and distribution base in its facilities in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Seattle.

The corporate offices of the Layfield Group are located in Richmond BC, Canada.

Layfield’s operations are divided into three divisions. Each division operates like a separate company, with its own production, marketing and management. Each division provides products to different market segments. Administrative support at each location is provided by a cross-divisional Customer Service Group. By combining divisional sales activities and production at multiple locations, we can offer a wider variety of products matched with exceptional service.
